My mini Boarded the Don Juan today, at Southampton. Who else is onboard? I'll be getting off in NYC. <bounce> <bounce>

 

Don Juan... what a great name for a boat! Mine came over on the Aida. What kind of name is that!? So weird.

 

I am also on the Don Juan, and funny thing is I work with a guy called Don Juan Bethea. Another thing is my port of entry from the UK into the US in 1988 was NY, and that will be my MCS port also...awwwww.....

Estimated arrival is Oct 8th....

 

Is it me, or has the ship not left port yet? Was scheduled to leave on teh 30th? Also, how do you check to see how many MINIs are on the ship, etc?

 

The Don Juan left the U.K. on 9/30/02 - stops in Halifax, Nova Scotia on the 7th then NY on the 9th then Baltimore on the 11th. After you've tracked your Mini on the shipping site - click on the Voyage # for details.

 

My Cooper S (Betty Blue) is on the Don Juan, headed for Westchester.

She is Indi Blue/white pkgs 2&3, white 17's and bonnet stripes, OBC, MFSW

She is a little shy....

The owners lounge info for my car changed today to "en route", with arrival in NY 9th October and estimated delivery date of 12th October.....anyone else on the Don Juan have any news??

 

Mine is there also. It is a Jet Black S with the three packages and Lapis Blue leather. My dealer thinks mid Oct. for delivery

I agree the Don Juan is a cool name for a SHIP. Mine came over on the Don Carlos. I think that will be my car's name...Carlos but with a Castillian accent so it sounds like " Carloth"..Like it?

Can't help it...going crathy with my car stuck in the Longshoreman's lock out...AAAARGH...
