where is a good place to purchase exterior decals like stripes and numbers for the sides of the mini...

Places like Vinyl Styles can do the graphics you want. Joanne at www.stuckonminis.com can do everything from "actual size" to the "Bend the Rules-Rule the Bends for your side or windows. Check out the web sites for more ideas.
