Change from FM to AM? Show speed on tach?

Hello, R56ers! I have an R53, but today I have an R56 as a loaner car and I can't figure out how to switch the stereo from FM to AM or how to get MPH show on the tach display. Please help if you can!

(By the way, everything I read about the Sport button is true! It's a Justa Cooper and without pushing that button the car doesn't feel like much of a Mini. Push the button and - voila! - it's a Mini again.)

For the speed on the tach, you push in the button on the end of the turn signal bar and it will cycle through a couple options.
the options are: current speed, average speed, current mpg, average mpg, miles till empty

As for the radio, i have no clue. I only use the iPod... haha

There are six push buttons directly below the display. Each has a "-" on each end of the button. Push the "-" directly below where it says "FM."

Opps, you wanted to change from FM. Push the "-" under "AM."
