What I did this weekend

So other than helping make badges for MITM and running Jeremy's wash mitt out to him I managed to squeeze this in.

Don, this is the Audi I was telling you about.

I do believe Joe put his PC and Prima to very good usage.

That after shot does look very good.

Did you really put 20 hrs into the interior, your friend owes you dinner and a few beers.

3 stage polish using:

2 passes with Cut on and orange pad
2 passes with Swirl on a white pad
1 pass with Amigo on a white pad

After that I topped it off with some Epic.

This thing was trashed and there wasn't much I could do with my PC and the amount of time I had, there were a lot of deeper scratches that just wouldn't come out. Now if I only had a rotary. . .

The majority of the minor imperfections and swirls came out after my second pass with Cut, the paint was really hard. The roof was also starting to fade and it looked like the clearcoat was ready to start peeling. I managed to rescue it for now but I have a feeling it's really thin.

20 hours into the exterior. I wish I put some more time into the interior, I only did about an hour or so, it doesn't quite seem finished with only the exterior done. I kinda decided enough was enough when I tried pulling one of his wheels off and found out that it was rusted/fused somehow to the hub.
