I just finished my "hybrid" JCW spring & Bilstein Sport damper suspension on my '06 JCW. This is a good setup. The ride is firmer, well controlled, but not at all harsh. True, I notice smaller bumps in the road, but it's not a teeth jarring ride.

There's noticibly less body roll and sharper turn-in. This is my daily driver (I don't do track days any more) but from experience, this would be a good choice for someone who does but doesn't need the ultimate track setup.

The car sits maybe a 1/4" lower, so if you're looking for a slammed to the weeds look, this isn't for you. On the other hand, if you want higher performance and a close to stock ride height, this just might be the ticket.

Did this as well. Initially the drop was 1/2 inch. Now has settled into about 3/4 of an inch....

Love these Linear Springs too. Much better than H&R progressive style. My only complaint is that my struts are not as firm as they were new and turn in is not as good as they once were. It has been under 2 yrs too :(

I realize these springs are matched to the dampening of these struts, but may try a set of Koni Yellows if these get any softer...
