Nightfire Red has never been put on a MCS to the best of my knowledge. It is a color exclusive to MC only.

Which is too bad I really like NFR - I would have seriously considered it for my MCS.

Missed the boat

Best color I have seen on a MINI ...opinion, of course.

The MCS color selection is disappointing. Next that I prefer is Horizon Blue but I read in the Forum this may be phased out for 2011!

The Chili Red is lighter than most chilis I have encountered.

'07, '08, and '09. Available on Cooper only - no "S".

Best colour ever. My '08 NFR Cooper (with white roof) attracts many compliments. Too bad it was discontinued.

And in some places (USA), you could get NFR in Cabrios in those years, until 2010 when it became an option in more places for Cabrios - and they've been available on the Clubmans since their inception!

Almost seems silly to pay $500 extra for a paint color, but you can't pay for the S option on the same car.....

Mini Colors

Yes, a lot doesn't seem logical with the color options on minis. Like silver white only on the $4K Camden feature. Seems like Mini marketing has been heavily influenced by the BMW folks!!
