Armrest retrofit - what parts to order? 2005 cooper S

I want to install an armrest, OEM or aftermarket.
What are the options? What parts do I need?
Car is 2005 Cooper S

Ouch that's a pricey upgrade. Are there any aftermarket versions? I had this one from Leather Z in my Z4 that worked wonderfully
