16x7x37mm rubbing on lowered R50??

I've done a couple of searches and haven't landed on an answer.
car is lowered on Megan coilovers. Currently running 16" X-Lites with no rubbing. Just ordered H&R 5mm spacers to use with these wheels.
May buy O.Z. Superleggara 16x7x37mm. Will I have rubbing issues with these wheels with or without the spacers? Running 205/50/16 tires. Also, wheels come with centering rings. Will the spacers work with the centering rings?
Thanks for your thoughts.

They should be alright, but not with spacers on the 37mm. 37s going to sit right out there, or at least it does on the 2nd gens... From my understanding, the tolerances are a bit tighter on the 1st.

thanks. I'm look for the wider stance, so if I accomplish this without the spacers, all the better.
