Opinion on 04 MCS 107,000 miles

Looking for opinions on this car

http://raleigh.craigslist.org/ctd/1707222039.html

04 with 107,000 miles and new clutch for $9,900

Seems to be in good shape from the photos.

Wondering if it is a decent price with the high mileage as long as the SC, power steering and conrtrol arm bushings hold up

Thanks !

Pricewise doesn't seem too bad, if the rest of the car checks out it might be a keeper.

Decided to pass.

Found an 06 non-S BRG with only 62,000 miles in excellent condition for only a $1,000 more that I am going to look at listed by the owner.

bought my 05 "S" with 109k for $10k but it was mint !! Always garaged, great upkeep, and still a super solid car. Just got it back last week. Bought a 2011 "S" and had sold it, but they had a money setback, so I got it back (I had financed it for them) So--now I have 2 !!
