Attn Alex: Mach V springs and Koni FSD's
Attn Alex: Mach V springs and Koni FSD's
I'm looking for some struts. I have Mach V springs and stock struts. The car is my daily driver, but does see the occasional spirited action.
I'd like some struts that soak up the bumps and harshness better but don't want to sacrifice the handling. Right now I cringe every time I see a bump, pot hole, or expansion joint. I would not mind the Koni adjustables as I would moslty run them on soft, and then could switch to a firmer setting for autox or track use.
But if the Koni FSD's will give me what I am looking for w/o having to make adjustments for each type of driving situation and will work well with the Mach V springs I would rather go in that direction.
I saw on the Killer Koni sale thread that the FSD's are for stock springs only.
Will the FSD's work well with the Mach V springs?
How much of a difference are the Mach V springs over stock (height and stiffness differences)?
