finally ditching my runflats!

hey guys, i got an 09 JCW mini here (stock 17inch wheels) and after getting a nail in one of my runflat tires today, i made the decision to completely swap out all my RF's to buy some better tires.

now i dont kno much about tires, but im looking around tire rack right now and checking my options. Im looking for an all seasonal tire that also is capable of performing (lets me take my turns how i please!)

I dont actually perform or take my car to the track, I use it as a DD, but i would like to start taking it to an autox track as well.

Not looking for anything ridiculous expensive either, just something as a happy medium between performance and semi-help in the winter.

What are your recommendations for when you ditched your runflats?
Thanks a bunch!!

I went with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S PLUS. Not cheap at $180 each but they have a 45k treadlife warranty. Great ride, good wet/dry grip and very smooth and quiet. Hold balance well. Check out the owner survey at www.tirerack.com I use my MINI as my DD but do throw it around-just not on track. Talk with Tire Rack. There are more agressive handling tires but this one suits me very well. Good luck!

possibly Bridgestone Potenza G 019 grid?

*btw, reason im looking for performance all seasonal tires is because i live in Massachusetts. I would love to get summer only tires, but the winter's here are brutal and i would like to survive the snowy weather (or at least try)
