ive got stock size tires, 205/45/17 and i FINALLY just got my M7 coilovers installed only to find out that my wheel rub on the large heavy duty shock body.

Has this happened to anyone else, and do i simply need some small wheel spacers?

 

Common problem when it comes to high, conservative offset wheels when used with coilovers. Spacers or lower offset wheels will solve the problem.

 

Ight. That's what I figured. I'm not too worried about it accept that I have work at noon tomorrow and have to try and find a set before work.

 

I'm not sure what the offset on ny wheels is but they are oem.

 

Good luck, thought that seems like it's gonna be tough unless you have a good shop around. There are some online shops that can get them to you pretty quickly if you can't find them locally.

Don't drive around with them rubbing, you can easily rub through the tire and leave you with two flats and a dangerous situation.
