PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION: Get the Dragon open for MOTD!

http://www.openus129.com/?page_id=15

As many, if not all, of you know, US 129 has been closed to the NC border due to a rock slide several miles after Tabcat bridge. Being such a large part of the economy of that section of North Carolina, the state agreed to police and secure the section of the road we call the Dragon with all necessary emergency services, but Tennessee has not agreed to this, although it would make little difference to them.

The great guys that run the Deal's Gap Motorcycle Resort are spearheading a push to have North Carolina take over the Dragon until the rock slide has been cleared up the road. They have already organized and completed a meeting with the high brass from both states, and they are hopeful that an agreement can be struck up!

Everyone needs to support this cause, though, and I am now calling on you guys to help out the cause. Just take a couple of minutes to sign the petition. All you need to do is fill out your name (you can hide this from the public), your email, and our club name and website, click SIGN THE PETITION, and then Follow the link in the conformation email they send you. This will put your name among the many others supporting the re-opening of the Dragon, and give us that much of a bigger chance to get out there and slay the wonderful road during this MOTD!
