MoL has officially set their two opening dates. The first is the soft opening, which is Monday April 5th, and then the Grand Opening Thursday May 27th. Club members should plan on going to the Grand opening if they have it available in their schedule, but select the date that works best for you. Both dates are now posted on the calendar.

Oh no...I am going to miss both dates! Vegas on April 5 and Germany on May 27.

Looks like I can make the 5th, the 27th is iffy, I may be out in the Smokies trying some twisities with Pat.

 

I will be at both. Drove by there today and they are working on the outside of the building. Glass is in and the lots are paved. I would guess that most of the interior is cranking also.

 

theinside is 98%done. they had the crew from Germany lay the tyles in the shop last weekend that was the last big thing that had to be done. All of teh fixtures and furenture is across teh street taking up 2 bays in the service department. They will start getting that put together and moved over sometimes next week. The pree ordered cars are watting in Canada for the word that the bilding can be ocupied. So it is getting done fast.

They need a MINI dealer in north Denver both dealers are a long drive for me

 

The nice part about MoL is that it is right off of i25, just several miles north.

 

LOL.. well i hope i can get over and go inside. the problem is every time i get a free secont then the phones go nuts and i cant get away. but i will try my best to get over there monday or tuesday.

 

Looks like I'm gonna attend both, finally time to meet a few people. Plus this will be where I go from here on out I think, Schomp is just a pain to drive to from Westminster in a rush hour situation.

 

 

I hear you on that one Schomp is always a P.I.T.A. to get to expetialy at rushhour. Where in Westminister are you at? I live in Thornton and am always looking for MINI people to hang out with, Maby we could meet-up when I get home in 2011? Sonic on federal on friday nights is the big car guy hang out but I am prety much always the only MINI

 

lol.. ok that is 3 of us from the north aeria.i am in Westminster too. it is really a nice drive straight up I25.Even this last stormwas not to bad to drive in i wasn not nervous or scared till i got past 120th. and that was mainley because of trafic.

__Okay um, what time do they open?__ Are you guys that are signed up for this event going to go when you have time in your day or will we all show up at once. I missed the Ground Breaking but I have been by there to know where it is.

I have the same question. What time are people thinking of getting there. If I come over after work it will be 5ish, but if I know of something happening sooner I can make plans.

 

i have been watching MINIs being perpared all day long today. We got one shipment today and another truck load should arive tomorrow. They want to take some of the cars for a drive up to fort colins Saturday after work. Around 5ish. if anyone would like to join the drive and show the new MINI's what to do please come along. I am going to double check the time tomorrow. I dont know yet if Baby and I will be on that drive. Saturdays even though short are very bissy. But i will see everyone Monday.

Just got this as many who have registered at MoL's site may have gotten this too. Monday between 5 pm and 7 pm is when they would like the club to be there, but anyone is welcome all day long too. Also just a reminder, this is the soft Opening, the Grand Opening is supposed to be May 27th.

 

My wife and I are there and so will the BRG Clubbie.
