New Mini owner and a few questions/problems?

I just bought a used 2007 Mini Cooper Automatic with 31,500 miles on it. The build date is 05/07 with warranty good till 6/29/2011.

Issue number one is the washer fluid light comes on every time I start the car on the OBC screen. It was empty when I bought the car and I filled it up with fluid and it still flashes the washer fluid light every time still. Anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Issue number two is when I put the car in park (automatic) and turn the car off a yellow gear logo with an ! in the middle comes on and now I can move the gear shifter through all of its gears without pressing the brake and with the car off. Then when I start the car the gear ! logo comes on again. It only happens about every other time. Anybody else with this problem or know a fix?

Third is the service light in red comes on the OBC when I start the car with a -1500 miles. Im guessing this is the 30,000 miles service? I have an 08 328i so I kind of understand the service stuff. What needs to be done since the oil was done about 6000 miles ago but that was about 15 months ago? I made an appointment for 3/22/10.

Last question is does my car have TPMS since the light comes on for a second when I start the car and goes off and there is a reset option in the OBC and a sticker in the door jamb. My Mini has rubber valve stems and my 08 BMW 328i has metal ones for its TPMS. Can I add the TPMS if I dont have them?

Will warranty cover all this?

Thanks for the help in advance.
Jared

You're still under warranty so it should all be covered, let the experts check it all out and reset what needs to be reset.
