Anyone doing Phil Wicks VIR on May 17??

I plan on going. It'll be my 3rd time on this track, but first since my tune. Looking forward to tearing it up a little more!

I'll be there!

Hopefully I'll have a tune and have the car REALLY running well this time with the new head.

And already have much better tires and brakes than last time.

Thumper 1

Right head for me given the auto tranny, my driving style and other mods. Definitely not the best head for everybody - but no head is best for everybody.

Excellent!! Is that stock sized valve, slightly larger or big valve?

No doubt you will be a force to be reckoned with!!

Great day yesterday - spins and all.

For those not there... rained ALL day... but I honestly LOVE driving a MINI on the track in the rain - It amplifies the amount of feedback you get from the car and the road, accentuates any shortcomings with your line or technique, and slightly lower speeds tend to make mishaps less catastrophic.

MINIs with good drivers can also eat up just about every other car out there in the rain.
