Idealy, adjustable rear control arms and some even spring for the front adj front camber plates but not necessary. Just end up with some negative camber issues like uneven tire wear across the face of the tire and some great go-dart type handling that goes along with it.

Theoretically it could also put stress on the wheel bearings possibly causing them to go bad sooner.

Yes, go ahead and get some Hsport control arms. That way you can correct the rear camber and save your tires. I always recommend adjustable camber links when lowering your car.

I put H-Sport adjustable rear control arms on mine after installing the springs. This not only enabled me to set my camber properly but also leveled my ride out so the back was even with the front. While you're doing this job you might want to consider installing an aftermarket rear sway bar. I'm using the H-Sport competition set on the middle hole. This made a huge difference! Absolutely got rid of all the understeer, it was like a cometly different car after the springs, sway bar and control arms.

Well, I have been running TSW springs now for about two years and I still don't have the adjustable control arms. I was intending to buy them, but there was such a small variance in rear camber that I decided not to purchase those, but rather an extra set of rubber for the track!

iirc, the H-Sport lowers a car about the same as the TSW, so I would think that you could install the springs for now, and get away without adjustable hardware. Just my opinion.
