can anyone take a photo of theirs and post it here if you have one installed? I have one that i recently bought on ebay. its not bent, yet it does not sit straight. It kind of angles to the dash so anything in it also isnt flat

 

yes, mine is also on an angle to the dash and it was already installed when
I bought the car. It's kinda (what to say)junk!!!!! You hit a bump and your coffee splashes on your dash.Oh well,Who has time to drink when your grabbing gears and hitting the twisties?

 

I think all the OEM cup holders sit at a slight angle toward the dash. If you want a flatter sitting one you can find one here:
