Clear Bra Installation

I just sent a request to Ken at Paint Defenders letting him know I am in the market for a clear bra for Cassie and want to press with getting it applied.

I am waiting on his reply so we can schedule the install. My intent is to have fellow MINI owners over who are interested in this product and want to see how it is applied. Also, it might be a good time to have a mod party for those who received "toys" for the MINI and want to install them.

I attended a clear bra install with a few of the Corvette Club folks and it was a good time. I'll keep everyone posted as to the date (will likely be a Saturday).

Just received an e-mail from Ken at Paint Defender. He will give all Middle Georgia MINI members a 30% discount on materials and labor when they get a clear bra through him. When you think about it, that is a pretty good deal. You can learn more about Paint Defender and the clear bra product (which is warranted for 7 years).

I'm opting for the full hood protection on my MINI, but a "half bra" is also available.

More to come!

Clear Bra Install...My Place

Ken of Paint Defender called me today to set up a time for the install. He is coming to my house on 16 January between 9 and 10 AM to get set up. He said it would take a few hours to do the job. I opted for the "half-hood" bra, bumper, and mirror caps covers.

We are hoping for warmer weather that weekend, if it is too cold we will set up heaters in my garage. I'll grill some hot dogs for those who show up, or I may make some chili...depends on the response I get.

Who's interested in coming over?

Sorry but Paint Defenders called at the last minute. Due to a scheduling conflict they had to reschedule for tomorrow, same time.
