R50/53 wort it to upgrade to JCW suspension from S
If your looking for performance buy aftermarket and save for coilovers. If you just want to slightly lower and have similar to stock stay JCW.

I don't plan on tracking but I want a great ride and I think I'm going to have too rough of a ride with coilovers.....unless there is a plush ride set out there somewhere???? I don't want to slam the paenuts out of it either. I have some dirt road on the way to my house.
I would say buy some adjustable coilovers but it really all comes down to price in my eyes, if you can get jcw for way cheaper, or a good deal on some coilovers you should pick that way, but remeber coilovrs can be adjustable and customizable to the way you want it.
