DoS R56 Water-to-Air IC Launch at MITM 4
Hi All,
Our new W2A IC for the R56 will be shown at Minis in the Mountains 4. After a few months of shaking-down some final part tweaks, the loyal and patient owner of production unit 1, Dennis, has agreed to show-off his car at the DoS tent. (Ask Dennis if he'll take you for a ride.)

The setup shown in the photo is good, but we now have a new, much shorter pipe routing that is further decreasing turbo lag (w/o throwing any codes or screwing with things like A/F ratios). Those of you at MITM will get to see Dennis' baby firsthand, and get to check out the new blanket I just finished for the hot-side tube (to replace a temporary "beta" heat shield that is now over the turbo).
Remember, intercoolers are a HP preservation device. If you want to keep more of the HP that you're trying so hard to increase when the weather heats-up or if you regularly drive your R56 to the limit, W2A is a great way to go.
At the event, I'll hand out some datasheets (
with no "hot-rodder math" this time
) and additional pricing info to interested parties. More info will be posted after I get back from MITM.
Thanks for reading.
