Your AC drain tube is blocked or disconnected, you can blow it out your self or bring it to the dealer.
YES, totally correct. I had this happen on my wife's car. It's easy to fix, ..I recommend putting a hose clamp on the outside of the hose where it exits the car or something to keep the drain hose from coming back into the cabin again. I don't understand why car manufacturers don't put a clamp or something on these tubes so they don't come into the cabin (and damage the carpet and sound material w/ water). This happens on lot's of cars.
I've heard that some disgruntled oil changer mechanics (at those $19 places) sometimes stick the tube into the car's cabin (you can do it from under the car quite quickly and easily).
