2005 Mini Muffler Removal Question!! Urgent

I am removing the Muffler off of my 05 non s. And i just need to know what size piping i need to get. Like whats the stock size exhaust piping size and what size extra piping should I get?

The stock is 48mm OD, and i suggest you don't mess with the ΟD on a stock or lightly moded Cooper.

So the piping going into the stock muffler is 48mm?
