Hi all!

I'm a big reader hardly ever poster here I have an 08 R56 that like everyone here love. Well down to the point my friend and I are going to drive down to Georgia for Petit Le mans a 10hr endurance race at Road Atlanta track in September (details here)

We are planning on heading down there and possibly making a trip back up through the dragon on the way back.

I'm wondering if anyone in the Chicago area is also going, and if you are driving might as well convoy down there as you know Mini Road trips are awesome.

I am not in your area but would love to meet a bunch of MINIs at the race.
Because it is only about a two hour drive for me I go just about every year. Great race, very fan friendly.

 

Yea I'd love to meet up with any mini owners down there, It will be my first time going to this race and since I'm a huge Le Mans racing fan I'm excited for it. Hopefully Audi Makes an appearance at this race!

 

We're from St. Louis and big fans of ALMS. We go to Petit Le Mans every year, as well as the 12 Hours of Sebring and Road America. We'll be there again this year. Hopefully, BMW will have a car corral. They didn't the last two years. We always rent a golf cart for Petit Le Mans. That makes it much easier to get around.

HUGE ALMS fan here!!!!!!!!!!!!! This year will be my 5th Petit LeMans!!! I am very excited!!

Anyone know if BMW will have a car corral?? MINI?? ... if not I will be parking outside for free :/ .... no point in paying $40 for infield parking when I normally just ride the trams around anyways lol
