Change Color Line?

So I'm looking at a 2009 Red Cooper S, but it has red color line in the interior. I'm not sure I really like it, and I'm wondering how hard or if it's even possible to change out the red for the Dark Grey color line if I decide I don't like the red.

Thanks

Sure you can change it out if you like. The arm rests just pop off but the three dash pieces are a bit more involved. Here's a pdf on how to retro the chrome line it's basically the same procedure except removing the trim on top of the dash and side pillars isn't necessary.

Thanks for posting that Myro... I've always regretted not getting the color so this might be an option for me. I didn't realize the rears had a color line too...

Here are some prices for a typical color line replacement (this one happens to be Rooster Red) from a NAM sponsor :

Rooster red armrest, left front retail $74.00 / nam price $59.20
Rooster red armrest, right front retail $74.00 / nam price $59.20
Rooster red knee pad, driver's left retail $49.68 / nam price $39.74
Rooster red knee pad, driver's right retail $53.48 / nam price $42.78
Rooster red knee pad, passenger retail $115.40 / nam price $92.32

Total NAM price (Hardtop) = $293

Additional pieces if you have a Clubman:

Rooster red armrest, left rear retail $63.00 / nam price $50.40
Rooster red armrest, right rear retail $63.00 / nam price $50.40

Total NAM price (Clubman) = $394

Thanks

Thanks for all the responses. I just bought a 2009 red MCS with red color line. I'm debating going to the grey/black color line. Other than cost, anyone know how much of a PITA it'd be to change them? Looks like the dash trim pieces have to come off to get to the screws.

Thanks for all the info and prices.
