Here are some photos of what I did with my beer can tips few weeks back.....prep, sanding, painting, flash coating, checkering, mounting took about a week.....enjoy.

Desk Pen/Pencil holder............all made from stuff already in the garage.......including badges, domed decal and old set of tips.
