so my driver side head light just went out tonight and I pulled to out the see if it was blown. Well, I decide to pull out both bulbs to see the difference and they looked exactly the same...maybe the fuse is blown...don't know. Well, i wanted to test out the driver side bulb on the passengers side and i had trouble putting it back on. What am i missing out?! It seems so simple to do but I can't get it to stay on. Please help

 

what type of headlight do you have? and is it high or low beam? my high beam is simply held in via a metal clip. my low beams are HID so they are held in with the ignitor.
