I haven't received my May/June issue and their web site want load. Also email is returned.

 

I'm concerned too about MC2 Magazine. I ordered the Magazine online with my credit card two months ago. I've never received a magazine...Now their website doesn't work???

 

I just received an email from MC2 only 10 days ago...it included a mea culpa for their expected late shipment of Issue #20.

I attached a copy of the email to this post. Maybe it will give you some insights.

 

I'm not in the publishing business and don't wanna be. Those guys have enough on their plate with the economy, technology and everything else. But it seems like everytime I get to liking a magazine, something happens. And that goes all the way back to Auto-X which became Grassroots Motorsports. Even my other favorite, Modern MINI went bi-monthly. I hope all is well.

 

I was seriously considering canceling my subscription anyway. This latest snafu with the late issue may be the straw.

I've been a subscriber to that magazine from the very beginning, and I wish them only the best, but I have a really bad feeling about their future...

I get this undefinable sense that they're going to go under sooner or later...

No offense to them, but there are so many online news sources that are updated several times per day that I get my MINI news from. Meanwhile the MC2 magazine that finally arrives two months later has stories that are now old news. For example: you hear about MINIs on the Dragon like 3 months after it happened!

It's not exactly timely...
