I posted similar information on another forum so humble apologies if this is repetitive. I am a first time poster and currently NOT a Mini owner.

However, I am in the market. FYI, our ideal Mini would be an 07 S with under 30,000 miles, blue interior with premium, sport, and cold weather packages ... non-smoker costing under 20 grand with all service records, keys, manuals, etc.

My personal interest in a Mini S reflects a desire to own a "British" car that will keep me in the local British car club I co-founded. My Mini search has been slow and deliberate because I have a 73 Triumph TR6 to sell to open up garage space. FYI I'm asking 10 grand for the 6er, a very nice (not concours ready but a nice daily driver with no rust and about 70,000 miles). Tangerine paint with chestnut interior. Would consider a trade. Thank you! We're being very patient and selective, waiting for the right Mini S at the right price! Have noticed quite a few Minis on the car lots around town but nothing that fits my criteria. Had a neighbor with a nice 03 S to sell but decided on a newer model after reading reviews of earlier model shortcomings.

Since you seem to have a clear mental picture of the MINI you desire, you might check the used MINI listings at the closest dealerships. You might find more of a selection and have a better chance of landing the specific car that you're seeking.
