05-06 Broadway rear view mirror

Hey guys! just an update for people with the 05-06 mini's..
for those who wanted a broadway mirror and found out that it was a bit too small i found the answer
(apparently the newer rear view mirrors and wider from top to bottom than the older ones..and therefore the typical broadway mirrors were too small..)

but broadway makes a very wide mirror and it fits PERFECTLY..
its 90mm in height compared to the typical ones which is 65mm in height.
the smallest size is 260mm and it only comes in convex..only 290 comes in flat and convex..but i didnt want it to be too wide..so i stuck with the 260mm convex..and boy do i like it..
i have always used flat..so im new to using convex but you can see everything in your car..

here's some quick pics i took with my phone..(the camera made things look further than they really were..)

and for those who're interested in buying one..i bought it off this website..(i payed $29.70 exactly with shipping)

I was going to ask why it matters what year the MINI is because the connections are the same....but after looking at the site, its a clip on! makes sense....must be nice be able to see that much behind you...I jsut cant get over the rectangle shape.

yeah true..the rectangle shape is totally out of place for the interior..but if you've ever used a broadway mirror..you'll love it..
i still do wish it was flat instead of convex..but hey..still getting used to it..

Thanks! 'Just ordered one. I have been looking for some sort of blind spot mirror for quite a while since the rear and side views on the Mini can be very limited--at least for me. I really like the fact that it is removeable.
