Don't forget to mention that you are running the ALTA PnP ECU set up. Most folks will not get near 21 PSI...

I so far have seen a peak of 15.1 PSI with the JCW Stage One tuning kit.

You won't see any more boost. The computer just won't let you. Without a tune, you will NOT see the full effects of your modifications. The ECU cuts timing and other things...

In fact, at least with my automatic, it is extremely obvious in first gear. I will have terrific acceleration until about 5000rpm and then the car just seems to slow tremendously, and you can hear the blow-off activate early.... ugh... we need tuning!

You can see the effects on ALTA's website, under the boost tubes.

You should also be sure to turn off the traction controle, that will make sure you are making the most boost you can.

Keep in mind if you are reading a boost gauge it is not a calibrated device so accuracy is not there.

Do you mean +-14.7 psi at sea level?

That is exactly what I meant... I said I'm getting 26psi which is equal to about plus or minus 12psi, since it is impossible almost to be directly at sea level, unless I'm driving on the beach.

26 - 14.7 = 11.3 plus or minus. This is just a scangauge... I work with what I got!
