Harness install trouble

I attempted to install a harness tonight (this one to be specific) and I ran into a couple of snags.

Problem 1: On the mounting hardware for the Corbeau seats I installed there appears to be a location for the inboard lap belt to attach to, is that the correct location? It didn't come with hardware for that spot which is why I'm confused.

Problem 2: The rear attachment is in the normal location where the rear seat belt is bolted in. However with the inertia reel the harness is too loose. I can't tighten it up anymore unless I'm missing something. Can I use a snap-in type connection and attach it to the hook where the rear seat backs latch in to?

Sorry its dark out so I can't take good pictures, hopefully I'll update it tomorrow with some new ones if I don't figure it out.

Thanks.

If anyone has pictures of their install that could give me something to look at I would appreciate it.
