I got mine from a website that already has them painted, but shipping took too long and it was more expensive. Just be sure to get the right orange replacement bulb (correct part number).
Side markers, dunno. I'm probably going to tint them black...
There was a NAM member making his own, and they are OEM quality as well. He was also experimenting with making them frosted. Not sure if he is selling them now or not.
Do a search of the forums. If I saved the link, Ill post it for ya.
Here, check with Chubby
Ask this guy............and they are clear, not white or opaque but they look just as good IMO.

For the tails you will have to buy new tailights. I did the same thing, cost $200 for both : ) For the fronts if you are not able to get the lenses made by Chubbychecker, then you can go lense-less. Thats what I did, and personally I think it looks a lot cooler without (if you have Xenons). If you got an S then you already have clear side repeaters, but you can purchase chrome light bulbs, or make your own. Good luck!! : )
You can try any Mini dealership. I purchased mine at Classic Mini, so I would try there first. Be sure to tell them you are an NAM member to get a nice discount (standard price is $125 each but NAM price is $100)
