at the risk of losing these to some1 else - $75 for used H & R springs for mcs - no info on how long they were on the car - they are described in good condition. price is definite savings over new - but saving $ isn't necessarily worth it if quality is poor (in other words the springs have been well used).

any thoughts? and is the drop on h&r 1.2/1.3 or is less than 1.) (f/r) - i've seen both published on this forum.

 

i had h&r stage 2 springs on my mini for a bit less than a year . they lower the car about a inch and three eights. regular H&R springs lower the car around 7/8 of a inch .

i just put megan racing coilovers on the car today and will be selling my stage 2 h&r's real soon.the h&r's looked great on the car and i would recomend them over stock setup anyday.

 

good thin bout used springs is that they are settle alreadi,if the spring is not rusted or chipped or anythin thn is a good deal,

 

the h&r's were already sold so I picked up a pair of lightly used Tein S's - not on the car yet - will prob be a while
