Having read through the B&M short shifter posts I have a couple questions.

1. Have the install directions been updated to eliminate the confusion?

2. On a scale of 1 to 5 wrenches; how difficult is this to do?

Thanks in advance!

KSMini,
I've added an addendum to all the shifters we sell noting that you should completly remove the shifter housing to change out the shifter. This makes the change over a breeze with little chance of breaking the retaining ring when trying to reinstall it.
I would say this is about a 3 only be cause of getting under the car to make the change. You need to remove the front part of the exhaust and then the heat shielding to get to the shifter housing. After that it's very easy.

Pilo Racing will be doing a full picture write up next week on the install. If you wish to wait until then, we can provide you with the Extra Instructions, as well as a competitive price on the shifter as well.

Thanks
