Sparco Tuner Seat - Torino 2

Does anyone have the Sparco Torino II's installed in their Mini. If so, how is the fit & comfort. I am looking at picking up a set. Thanks

UKSUV----how much better, or should I say wider, longer....the comfort factor is what I'm referring to.

One man's comfort is usually another man's agony. The only good answer to a seat comfort question is to "go sit in one". Sit in the seat you are interested in and sit in it for at least 15 minutes.

Onasled----maybe u didn't see my location...lol
There isn't really anywhere I can do such a thing here...so I ask around to those that have...and get a general concensus on the subject.......sort of a survey of some sort.....
Look for the common yays and neys....kind of why i asked specifics in regards to length and width of the seat....I'm not that big of a guy and the stock MCS seat isn't that big. I'm not looking for the seats in my Marauder to go into my MINI but something a lil better

Haaa, ... what do I know.
OK, my thoughts on the seat, when I was in the seat market I really did not like this seat at all. Narrow, stiff, firm,..felt like there was less support then the factory seat. I wanted a better seat for the track days I was doing. Ended up with the Sparco Fighter, which with a little padding here and there worked out great. Anyway, figure your not looking for a fixed back seat.

Well, I haven't ruled out that option either...I have tossing up spending the cake on the Recaro Sportser CS(that is such a sexy sitting apparatus...lol) or going a lil cheaper and possibly fixed back(Sparco Roadster or Recaro Pole Position) even contemplated a few BRIDE seats(Vios 3, GIAS)

ive got to order my side seat brackets and mine will be in my mini. Mine are fixed back. mine are black sparcos not sure of the model name. got both of them on ebay for $500. They have black vinyl that looks like carbon fiber at the upper and middle points. Will post pics as soon as they are installed.

I have them (i think they are the Torino 2's) great seats but they are not wide! you sit IN the seat more than on it!! wouldnt want to go across the country with them but not bad for a few hours at a time! if I did it again I would prob. go with fixd back as the tilt dosnt realy give access to the rear! and the sliders SUCK!!! I just set my seat and removed the slider bar!
