ok here is the deal I have 08 mini s and just installed H&R springs on it. When i drive there is a horrible knocking sound coming from the front. Only does it when i hita bump or turning and hit bumps on the road.I double checked my work and all the bolts are tight. What could it be? the spacers? or maybe the strut over torqued? or under torque? Also were can i find the correct torque for stock struts and H&R springs.
