Pretty spendy though. From the newministuff.com website, with shipping to the USA at todays conversion rate its almost $250 per pair, without the repeater lens.

Wow! AEcarbon offers the basic 'S' scuttles, and now newministuff has the JCWs.

More carbon fiber for carbon fiber freaks.

Does it just install with adhesive tape?

They are a complete unit in the back plate so the old unit slides off the car the new unit slides on

anyone know if anyone else carries these beside "newministuff"? w/ the conversion rates, shipping and 15% tax, newministuff is way too expensive.

yeah thats the problem with CF... costs some bucks. I got some of those regular chrome JCW ones and the price wasnt bad at all. Definately a pleasure to do business with, but sucks theyre in another country

That's only 3/4's of the issue, the 15% sales tax and shipping just kills the deal.

If I could find those same scuttles from somewhere in the states it would be much cheaper than newministuff

I have bought a bunch of stuff from Mike he is Awsome you do not have to pay the 15% VAT He sent a huge box full of parts for 27 pounds about $45 and it was here in a few days. I have a bunch of Carbon fiber from Mike I am waiting for the side scuttles and I will be complete>> door handles, rear boot handle, headlight rings and gas cap My car looks awesome with the beltline blacked out

as soon as my stocks do better I am going to be ordering a bunch of CF from them as well. Right now I can't justify spending money on this.

Thanks I did not know that the 15% charge is removed at final stage of checkout. -that's what scared me away. I still have my eye on these!!
(having the Porsche engine seriously modified $$$$ -so my car budget is shot for the next few months)!
