Elliptical Door Rings In English Oak

In the Dealer brochure BRO 2007 AG R56-0507, on page 53 it says that these door rings are available in English Oak. It appears that they are not now, but is there a place to get them after market.

I've not seen the door rings in English Oak. The E.O. option comes with Piano Black rings and E.O. door handles. That is the section just forward of the door armrests.
