Where is the cheapest place to buy an aero kit and pick it up or have it shipped in northern california?? Is anyone cheaper than morristown mini at $1150 shipped??

 

that's pretty much as cheep as it'll get..
at classic mini its about $1200 shipped (for me)
so $1000 for the whole kit

i really want the aero kit..i wish i could get it for a really good deal
so much money..

 

The bad part is that it's just primed and still need to be painted.

 

yup..the quote i got for the whole kit painted without shipping is over 1900..crazy i tell ya..but definitely worth it im sure..

 

There are 4 or 5 factory colors that you can purchase pre-painted...

Ummm.....any dealership....and the price I got mine for was 800 painted...altho you cant find any at that price. I dont know...ask ur parts guy to hook you up, 800 painted is dealer cost.

 

MINI parts had a big sale on pre-painted kits last fall for R50/52/53's to get em out of inventory. You will be hard pressed to find one now unless a dealer is sitting on one.

 

I did a little research with Classic and the basic colors are still available and being produced pre-painted. Red, Pepper White, Indigo Blue, Black(s).

Morristown MINI has a primed aero kit for 895. 250 shipping. that's 1145. before painting...

 

Morristown definitely has the best deals right now. It's BS that Mini does not sell the kit painted from the factory. How many colors do they make? Not that many! It's a nice dealer profit center.

 

So after I posted this, a few days later I got a call back from Jayson at Classic to tell me the order had been cancelled. Gnatster was right on the money about the kits no longer being able to purchased pre-painted.

 

I just asked and was told they were still available...

i was told that they only have primed kits as of right now..

i want to get an aero kit..but as of right now..im a bit poor to afford it

so hopefully in the long run they will still have it..as im sure that they wont just all of a sudden run out..right?

but if its on sale for the $800 pre-painted kit again then def gotta try buyin it at that price..
