Starting Nov.4,2008 there will be a second monthly meet and eat in the Charlotte area. This will be the first tuesday of every month and will be at the Buffalo Wild Wings 2530 Sardis Road N. meet at 6:15 eat at 6:45PM This is not to replace the meet and eat on the third tuesday of the month but to add another time each month for eveyone to get together.

 

I will be there.

 

We should make most of these - love that chicken and wild sauce!

We are planning to join you, if we get through voting in time to make the drive up. The lines here at the polls are 2+ hours this morning. Let's see what the afternoon holds.

voted today at 1010 in one of the largest precincts in charlotte and only took 1 hour and wife said she hit is just right and only 4 people ahead of her. Hope you all can make it.

Much fun last night and an easy drive home. David drove and I slept most of the way ... that is, after my lips quit burning and feeling like they were sliding off my face. Mighty tasty wings, but hot!

Our next gathering (I think) is the Breakfast on Nov 15. There is a separate post for this, but in the interest of time, we will meet at the Americana Restaurant. The Americana is located on Matthews-Mint Hill Rd just north of Independence Blvd. It was previously known as The Fireside Restaurant. We can meet in the parking lot around 8 and plan to be seated around 8:30. That should give us plenty of time to be at Hendricks around 10. I'll probably be driving a loaner as mine will go in for service that Friday afternoon.
Susan, some of the sauce you picked had Habinero in the title - that should have been a hint of the heat to follow
