Ran a 9.34 1/8th!!!

Went back down to my local track to see how the mods are performing. The weather was humid, Florida lol, and about 80 degrees. My previous best run with 9.5xx so I am extremly happy. Only new mod was the one ball, but I dont know if that has anything to do with my improved time. Quarter tank of gas at the time.

Cars mods: 15% pulley, Alta cai with freshly cleaned filter, one ball, $20 occ.
The slip

Thanks! Thats the only time I have got a 60ft in the 2.2 range. Revved to about 2500 slipped clutch and got a little bit of wheel spin. Couldnt replicate it the whole night. My next best 60ft was 2.3148, any launching tips?

I was hoping you were going to give us some tips

There's a point on street tyres that is in the zone, I think you're in it. i.e launching 2-2.5k.

The only way you can improve on this is drag radials or slicks, I've seen 60s in the 1.8s on slicks but that was with a quaife and 4 paddle clutch launching it hard, though this would help you get in the 8s in the 1/8th.

This was a 1.8969 60ft
