Mini Tattoo

My wife just got her first tattoo. I picked her up from the airport and she was getting her bag out of the back and burned her leg on the tail pipe. A very loud scream was heard throughout the neighborhood. She now has a 1/2 moon scar.

I think I heard that scream all the way to Hawaii . Just take care of the burn so it doesn't get infected.

I had a 75 Corvette with Hooker headers and 4" side pipes. My wife got out one evening and burned her leg on the pipe and never got back in that car again.

MINI Tatoo provides solution....

It looks like the MINI tatoo above provides a solution to a "half moon scar on the leg". Just tatoo over it and cover it up. What a devious way to be cool!!! Lotsa luck!

I've thought about a MINI tattoo, but I'm too worried I'd end up like this guy:

I'm with you there, I'd have to really work at it to get my leg to touch the exhaust.

15 months burn free.
Not even singed leg hair.

I don't get it. I see the possibility, but it just hasn't happened to me.

Okay, I was one of those guys saying "Gee I wonder how that could happen to anyone? Anyone with half a brain should ... " Well, it happened to me too, over the weekend. I was reaching in to pull out my golf clubs - I had one back seat (passenger's side) folded down, so I was standing on the right side of the car (I have a Justacooper). Well, my golf bag was in club head side first, so the handle was pretty deep in there. So, I leaned in to grab it, not thinking, and got burned. I like to think I'm very self-aware and conscientious. Some of you will call me a moron. To each his own. It happens.

Tony

Happened to my son too, stepped with his foot under the exhaust when he leaned to reach into the boot ( trunk for PGT) he ran out of clearance angle and burned his shin. I have the JCW exhaust and aero kit which make things pretty much flush, but it happens

You're darn lucky she didn't miss the exhaust and rub some fine scratches into the bumper paint with her leg!

Seems like a feature to me.
