Interior/Exterior DIY UNION JACK REAR FLOOR MCS.
DIY UNION JACK REAR FLOOR MCS.
Cut some plywood, bought some foam backing and a 6'x4' Union Jack Flag. Tacked the back with black apholstery furnature backing. And two black L brackets in boot area support rear panel using oem screws on one side from CD Mount and other side tapped two small holes.
Now I have a pretty cool rear floor area. Parts fold up and stow in rear boot area when not needed too !

Three sections fit together very tightly.

View from drivers seat

View thru boot.
Next time I will have to buy two flags to make one....I didn't account for material lost when tacking to back of panels....

Well two and a half years later, this thread will recieve a comment. This is really something I had never thought of before. You are able to keep the functionality of the seats. and then can hide it all away in 5 minutes. I may have to mooch this idea at some point in time.
Cool concept!
