hey! well i was wondering if u had any idea of wut could be wrong with my car. i have a cooper 04 automatic with some 49,000 mi on it. a few days ago i heard a little noise which i thought would turn off after a while but the next day it completely died on me. i recharged the battery n the car runs fine today i used it just have to unplug the battery so it wont die on me. but as soon as i plug the battery a sound comes on from the space between the coolant expansion tank, the engine oil filler neck and the battery there is another tank their im not good with cars so i really don't know wut its called or wut it is but yeah it sounds around that area. the sound is like a buzzin noise and now i can hear a liquid grglin sound. i don't know if u have read about before or have had that problem before. i would really aprreciate the help, thanks.

 

The hydro-electronic power steering pump? It is in the location you describe. It can make a lot of noise.
