Poll: DS or Matte DS S-Lites
Poll: DS or Matte DS S-Lites
So I want to re-paint my S-Lites because the paint is pure crap right now and I want to fix the light curb rash. Maybe take a hammer to it and try making them a little more round than they are now thanks to f'n potholes lol.
Option 1 - DS with blue pinstripe*
Option 2 - Matte DS with blue pinstripe*
*Note: the pinstripe will be vinyl so that I may remove it if I ever get bored of it or it doesn't look good.
What do you all think? Opinions/comments welcome.

Come on NAM, I'm actually asking for your opinion. Maybe if I hadn't have asked more than one person would've chimed in lmao.
Anyways, here is a quick photoshop of what it could look like more or less. Kinda rusty with photoshop so bear with me.

Is that DS or just an anthracite that gets close to DS? I'm not really feeling it, thanks for making me decide on matte.

it is DS... but i don't like it.. the contrast is gone!! get matte
your ride is VERY nice with those coils!!!
You should try some Plasti-dip on your wheels. It will give them a smooth texture that looks matte, goes on easy and peels off if you decide you don't like it. You don't have to prep the surface other then wash them really good before spraying. No scuffing or damaging the surface before applying.
The best thing, its like a couple of bucks a spray can and I've read that touch - up matching is excellent...
I've covered all my trim rings in this stuff and it looks as good as the day I shot it 3 weeks ago. Long term reports also reads very good.
Second page has some nice closeups...
