Front Control Arm Bushings...belong in the garbage really (replaced with PSRS)
Stock Sway bar (Alta 19mm)
Stock Wheels and Tires....not really in a box though.
Rasmussen License plate trim (black and only 5 bucks from auto parts store)

 

air intake (replaced with custom home made k&n)
dome lamp bulb(replaced with led in blue)
chrome paint off trime peices(sanded to look like brushed aluminum)

All of which is soon to be joined by 4 16" goodyear excellence run on flat performance tires.
