looking to upgrade pads/rotors

id like to upgrade my rotors to some nice looking ones, also if possible, i want bigger rotors to fill the inside of the wheel with (18s, simple 5 spoke rims so you can see right behind the rim...want that space filled up with a nice rotor)

also, the top priority is new pads...i forgot what kind i have but they were like 70 per set, and im not really happy with them...if i have to stop FAST they are shaky, dont stop good etc...they are only about id say 5k miles old at most, but i dont want to wait til its time to get new pads...they create an enormous ammount of brake dust and in one day my gloss black Konig's are filled with dust. i do not want brake covers either.

i was looking around and saw someone reccomended EBC green pads or Mintex Redbox. any others? i want something that will STOP when tap the brake (keep in mind the added weight) and something that will create virtually no brake dust (i know its not possible, but i want pads that create the least dust)

give me some options and general prices, and then i will go from there to see what i can afford. i dont like giving a budget, i like to see what the options are, then choose from there on out.

some pics of R53's running 18s with bigger than stock rotors would be nice

I got the Detroit Tuned Stage 1 Brake Kit a couple of months ago...
* Power Slot Front & Rear Rotors
* Hawk HPS Front & Rear Brake Pads
* Detroit Tuned Stainless Steel Brake Lines
* ATE Super Blue Brake Fluid
* DT Caliper Bushing Set

This was a great upgrade and brake dust is now virtually non-existent when I wash my car every week. Check www.detroittuned.com for prices.

I went with a TCE/Wilwood 13" kit (Plus 3).
http://www.tceperformanceproducts.co...s.pl?record=13
They fit under my 17" BBS Wheels with 38 offset. However, they do not fit under my 18" GP wheels with 52 offset, so wheels spacers are required.
Thus, make sure you have enough wheel offset to clear the calipers.
For the street I used the Hawk HPS pads and was very satisified (good friction and less dust).

With 18s you can stuff my 14" BBK in there if you really want to.
Follow the photobucket link on the MINI page to a few shots of them.

Keep in mind however that you're not going to get "bigger rotors" without all the other parts included in any brand BBK. You can't remove an 11" rotor and replace it with a 13" one for example and be done with it. Won't work that way. It's an all or nothing move. You can get zoomy looking ones for the car but they won't be any larger in size if they are replacements.
