BBS CV will they rub?

Hey guys, I just installed 17" BBS CV ET 38 on 205/45/17 wheels on my car. Downside.. I have a bit of a wheel gap. Does anyone know if i have the JCW suspension kit installed if the wheels will rub? I don't know how much the JCW springs drop the car.

Appreciate the help!.. Here is a pic

The JCW suspension only lowers you a half inch. You've got plenty of room. I doubt you'd ever have a problem rubbing with such a small change in ride height.

If you're still hesitant, just grab a ruler and go see where the arch will sit when it's .5" lower.....you'll see that it's a very minimal change, so if you don't rub no, chances are good that you won't rub after the springs.

i have 17'' BBS CVs mounted and my car is lowered with AC Schnitzer springs with Koni yellows installed and i have no rubbing issues at all. how do you like your new rims? i love mine. they are decently priced for a BBS rim. Enjoy!

I'm loving them so far, they look very nice on our cars. I like the finish, they are very easy to clean. I got them for 1,100 on ebay, brand new...including tires, mounting, balancing, and shipping.

You could probably go with coilovers and be fine, save the money, unless you love JCW.

They can also deny warranty due to aftermarket wheels/tires!

Lots of coilovers come with warranties as well to cover any issues you might run into.

as littlehandegan mentioned, they've been known to blame aftermarket wheels on various warranty claims as well.
