It's located

in front of the steering rack right above that little fan just past your oil pan.

1) If you want to know where things are, you can spend some time looking at www.realoem.com. It's got lots of great graphics to see what goes where. You can also get the part numbers to order the parts from places other than your local dealer.

2) If you're gonna do stuff like this buy a service manual.

From the Benteley manual...
Siphon fluid out of resevoir.
Raise front of car and support safely.
Remove power steering pump cooling fan (couple nuts and a wire connector).
Release pump electrical harness connecotrs (one is a squeeze lock)
Remove hydrolic line mounting bolt. Detatch line from pump.
Depending on if you have a manual or CVT, loosen or cut supply line hose clamp and detatch line from pump(manual). CVT Detach supply line just below reservoir.
Remove pump mounting bolts(work from rear above subframe)
Remove pump bracket front mounting nut. Remove pump with bracket.

Good luck!

Matt
